A seasoned business and technology executive, with over 20 years experience in driving change and delivering business benefit in high pressure, commercial environments.

  • Programme / Workstream Management: Planning, monitoring and controlling multi-M transformational programmes consisting of multiple workstreams and projects, including governance and management of issues, risks, benefits, budgets, resources, reporting, stakeholders, third parties, and quality assurance.
  • Project Management: Start-up, delivery and closure of complex projects and project portfolios. Extensive full project lifecycle experience, utilising project methods (PRINCE2, PMI, DSDM, RUP), and management of issues, risks, budgets, people, quality and governance.
  • Business Change Programme Management: Strategy, planning and execution of business change. Exploiting a broad range of techniques to identify, accomplish and assess change initiatives, including change impact, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and benefit delivery.
  • Programme Advisory: Working with programme sponsors and directors to identify and address challenges in the execution of major business initiatives. A proactive role encompassing delivery assurance and advice to drive the successful delivery of the strategic initiatives.

  • Financial Management: Held full budgetary and reporting responsibility for programmes/portfolios to 10million and business unit IT budgets to 5million.
  • Business Management: Skilled at managing profit-oriented business units including direction, planning, service delivery, finance, people management, and operations.
  • Consultancy: Adept at providing guidance and expertise to blue-chip clients. Extending from strategic initiatives, business analysis, business case development through to outsourcing due diligence, risk management and technology enablement.
