Welcome to my latest blog, where I’ll be sharing freshly squeezed insights.

Every day we are learning more about the organizations we serve, the challenges they’re facing, and how they are adapting, growing, and improving.

I frequently capture these nuggets of value and turn them into relevant, actionable content. I’m certain that you can use it to help your organization.

You’ll discover unique observations on agile business and supporting culture, many that I’ve picked up along my 2-decade journey as an agilist. (I started my agile journey in late 1991 as an analyst/programmer in a rapid application development (RAD) team for a UK bank).

Since the Agile Manifesto was released, there has been a growing wave of organizations adopting agile. I’ve seen clients experience successes and learnings (from failure), maybe you too can stimulate the creation of your own nuggets of value.

Enjoy my writing!

PS I’m aiming to consolidate and relocate content from several blogs to this one as time permits. But anything I republish will be given a fresh perspective. A little like the publisher’s phrase “now in its second edition”, I’ve seen the topics change. Stuff that seemed fresh to me in 2001 now looked stale. Also I’m older, and wiser (I hope), my opinions have become stronger as I’ve observed more, learnt more, and interacted with countless people.

You’ll be relieved that I won’t be migrating any content from my architecture blogs from the late 1990s and early 2000s. So you’ll miss out on how a London equities brokerage launched a mobile pricing product using the latest Microsoft Windows CE pocket PCs (supporting stunning screens with QVGA resolution and handwriting recognition). In 1999, it was futures thinking in practice. I learnt so much from being the architect on that opportunity.
