Earlier this month I wrote a post inspired by my latest engagement, Product Thinking: The Key to Business Agility.

Product Analytics:
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging data to inform product decisions.
- Key Metrics and Indicators: Tracking and analyzing key metrics, not limited to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- A/B Testing: Conducting experiments to optimize product features.
- Predictive Analytics: Using data to forecast future trends and behaviors.
Product Marketing:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Developing a comprehensive go-to-market plan.
- Product Positioning: Communicating the unique value proposition.
- Product Launch Marketing: Creating buzz and generating excitement.
- Customer Education: Providing resources and support to help customers succeed.
By exploring these topics in future posts, I aim to provide valuable insights to product managers, designers, and other professionals who are passionate about creating great products for their customers.
Over my wiggly career, I have gained experience in all the topics listed. Some topics I have built up more depth than others, but it is actual experience and lessons learned. I’m almost certain to add to the list.
My first topic will be product vision (based on recent experiences and observations).
