• Empowerment: Give teams the autonomy to make decisions and own their work.
• Trust: Believe in your team’s ability to deliver.  
• Clear goals: Ensure everyone understands the team’s objectives and how their work contributes to the bigger picture.  
• Effective communication: Foster open and honest communication, creating a safe space for sharing ideas and feedback.
